Reduced Fee Reduced fees for services are available on a negotiated and limited basis.
Payment Cash and Checks are accepted for payment at the time of service.
Cancellations and Missed Appointments If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Please note that insurance companies cannot be billed for cancelled or missed appointments and you will be responsible for the fee of $130.00. |
